My name is Marcus Twyman, and I spend my time implementing and creating sourcing strategies, building recruiting teams, fine tuning processes, and running my recruitment agency, SilverStone Talent LLC.

I often get asked for advice on finding “purple squirrel” candidates, especially technical talent, by global recruitment and sourcing teams. I also receive a lot of inquiries from candidates looking for ways to standout amongst their peers, so that employers will consider them for the jobs they hope to step into.
